Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place flour in a shallow bowl
Place Bread Crumbs in another bowl
Lightly beat egg, place in a 3rd. Bowl
Add water to egg, mix
Cut fish into 20 strips
Dredge fish first in flour, shaking off excess
Then dip fish in egg mixture
Last dredge fish in bread crumbs
Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray
Coat fish with cooking spray
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
