Directions:

Cook the macaroni according to package directions.

Sautee the celery and onion in the oil until tender.

Add in the 3 cans of mushroom soup and the 400g of cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted and well blended in.

Once the macaroni has been cooked and drained, pour it into a large baking dish or oven-safe bowl.

Stir in the soup/cheese mixture until well blended.

Sprinkle remaining 100g of grated cheese on the top and bake at 350° until the cheese starts to bubble.
