Use blender or food processor to crush bran cereal to same consistency as graham crumbs. Combine both with melted butter and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Set aside

With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until soft then mix in cool whip.

Spread mixture over top of crust and chill.

Combine water, cornstarch and 1c of frozen raspberries in a saucepan and heat until thickened. Stir in remaining berries and set aside until cool.

Spread cooled berries on cream cheese mixture.

Cut into 12 servings.
