Directions:  
Saute beef with salt, pepper, and flour on stove until lightly browned
Place beef in oven safe dish in oven at 350, cover with stock/broth, wine, garlic, onion, herbs, and stewed tomatoes. Bring to boil.
Roast cut up veggies for 30 minutes in oven, tossed with olive oil, salt and pepper
Add veggies and mushrooms to raost and cook for 1 hour
