Description: Didn't have sinigang mix at home but wanting to have some sinigang in a cold evening so I kinda put this together. Not bad, my husband said. :)
Ingredients:  Makes 12 servings (12 bowls)

Have the butcher cut the rack of pork spare ribs in half lengthwise. If they can cut it in cubes after that, it would be a plus. Otherwise you will have to cut it in desired pieces.

Prepare all the veggies: Cut the onions and tomatoes and place it in the bottom of the pot.

Place the spare ribs on top of it and season it with the salt, pepper, hot sauce and juice of the lemons.

Clean and cut green beans in half. Rinse spinach. Put them on top of the meat.

Pour the chicken broth over all ingredients, cover and bring to boil.

Turn stove on low and simmer for 25 mins. Until meat is tender.

Put in the rinsed spinach and simmer for another 5 mins.
Serve over cooked white rice. If needed, use more fish sauce to taste. My husband puts salsa on his rice with sinigang bowl. :)
