Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine 1/4 sugar with mashed bananas in a small bowl and set aside. in a large bowl beat 1/2 cup sugar with coconut oil and vanilla extract until well blended (3 Min.) Add eggs one at a time beating each well. Add banana mixture. Spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and nutmeg in a bowl, combining well with a whisk. Alternately add yogurt and flour ending with flour mixture. By adding a bit at a time alternately helps the crumb texture of the cake. Spoon mixture into 12 cupcake paper lined cupcake tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcakes come out clean. Cool in pan for 10 mins. remove and allow to continue to cool to frost or eat them up.
