peel and cut carrots into bite sized pieces

add butter, maple syrup and a tbsp. of water

bake in 350 oven til tender (about 35 minutes)
4, combine cornstarch with a small amount of water

carefully drain some of the liquid into a sauce pan and add cornstarch

Heat this liquid until it thickens

pour thickened liquid over carrots, combine, then serve
