Directions:  
Heat a lg. Dutch oven over med. heat. Add oil. Cook garlic, onions, celery, & green peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 min. Stir in cayenne & let caramelize. Add stock, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, & bay leaves. Season with salt & pepper. Simmer 35 min. Add shrimp & cook until shrimp are bright pink, about 4 min. Garnish with green onions.
