Directions:  
1). Grease a pie plate and a 9x9 pan with coconut oil. Soften cream cheese (set out for 10-15 min)
2). Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar and press into the greased pans.
3). Bake for 10 min. Meanwhile blend cream cheese until smooth.
4). Add powdered sugar 1/2 c. at a time mixing well, Add Lemon juice.
5). Add whipped topping and mix well
6). Remove crust from the oven and allow to cool 10 min.
7). Fill with cream cheese mixture and chill for an hour before serving.
