1/2  cup		margarine
1/2  cup		white sugar
1/2  cup		brown sugar
1		egg
2  tablespoons		sour cream
1/2  teaspoon		vanilla
1-1/2  cups		rolled oats
1  cup		flour
3/4  cup		walnuts
1/2  cup		semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2  cup		white chocolate chips
1/2  teaspoon		baking powder
1/2  teaspoon		baking soda
1/4  teaspoon		salt
4  ounces		Hershey's Extra Dark Chocolate 60% Cacao Dark Chocolate

mill the oats to a coarse meal
mill the walnuts to a fine chop
grate or very finely chop the dark chocolate
cream sugars and margarine for 15 minutes or til light and fluffy
add egg and sour cream, mix on low til completely blended, about 3 mintues
add in order: flour, soda, powder, salt, milled flour and walnuts; mix on low for 10 seconds
add choc chips and mix on low for 15 seconds
scoop 12 to a tray, bake at 325 for 12 minutes, turn pan around and bake 2-3 minutes more
this recipe makes about 20 palm-sized cookies, i use a 3-tablespoon-size ice cream scoop, packed and level
