Heat shrimp in 1 TBsp olive oil

Cut peppers and onion in strips and saute' in 1 TBsp olive oil
3
Add mushroom to peppers and onions

Warm Soft Taco Shells in skillet

Fill each soft taco with half the mixture

Add 1 TBsp sour cream.

(Blot off excess oil from shrimp with paper towel. Can use a little less olive oil to lower calorie count.)
