Directions:  
Pre heat oven to 180C/350F
Place all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well .
Shape into six burger patties and place on oven proof dish or tray
Cook 20-25 mins
Allow burgers to cool slightly and then slice in half and fill with layers of avocado, tomatoe & lettuce
