Sunbutter Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2  cup		sunbutter
1/2  cup		almond butter
1		large egg
2  teaspoons		vanilla extract
1/3  cup		maple syrup
1/2  teaspoon		cinnamon
1/2  teaspoon		baking soda
1/2  teaspoon		baking powder
1/4  teaspoon		salt
1  cup		dark chocolate chips

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together until well blended with the exception of the chocolate chips. After blended, gently fold in chocolate chips. Bake on a parchment lined or greased cookie sheet for approximately 18 minutes (until golden and spread out). Allow to cool for at least five minutes before serving.

This recipe makes 8 extremely large cookies. It can easily be divided into smaller cookies, but what is the fun in that? :)
