Directions:  
mash bananas in medium bowl
in separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and cinnamon and nutmeg
add mashed bananas, applesauce and vanilla to flour mixture. Mix untill incorporated. Beat egg whites until peaked then fold in carefully
spray 8 or 0 inch round pan with non-stick spray
spread batter into pans
bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
