Directions:  
Cut peppers and onions into strips.
Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a sauté pan.
In a bowl, toss peppers, onions, 1 tbsp. olive oil, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste until well mixed.
Add pepper mixture to pan and sauté for approximately 10 minutes or until vegetables are thoroughly heated. Do not over cook or vegetables will become soggy.
