Prepare sesame oil in small saucepan, combine the broth, ginger, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

In a bowl, combine cornstarch with 3 Tbsp. water. Stir until smooth.

Add cornstarch to sauce and stir. Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a bowl, beat egg whites until frothy.

In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.

Dip chicken into egg and then into crumbs. Bread all chicken at once.

Coat a large skillet with spray and preheat over medium heat.

Add chicken tenders in single layer. Cook 5 minutes. Turn chicken and cook for 5 minutes.

Drizzle tenders with sesame sauce and serve.
