Bring water to boil in small pot

Add in cream of rice and continue to boil for 60 seconds

Turn heat down to medium and begin add egg whites one by one

Whisk cereal vigorously after adding each egg white with a small whisk

After all eggs have been added; continue on a light boil for another 3 minutes
