Directions:  
Melt butter over med heat, add rice stirring to coat. Add hot water, cook stirring until most of the liquid is evaporated.
Add 1/2 cup of the mil, cook stirring frequently until most of the liquid is evaporated.
Continue adding milk 1/2 cup at a time, cooking and stirring until rice is tender about 18 minutes. Stir in vanilla.
Add chocolate, salt, sugar and cook stirring constantly until chocolate is melted, about 1 min.
