Description: This recipe can be used to make different types of dishes. I have used it with spinach, broccoli, cabbage, string beans, just to give you an idea of what can be substituted for your favorite types of vegetables. This is the simple beauty of this recipe. You can substitute many ingredients in it.
I have used this recipe as a main course as well as a side dish. Shrimps or skinless chicken breasts, or turkey breast can also be added to it for all the meat lovers out there.

Directions:
1
Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil on a medium fire
2
Throw in minced garlic and sauté.
3
Throw in vegetables (frozen or fresh), and mix in with garlic. Low fire and add adobe. I would say to add with respect to your taste, I usually just use a dash of adobe but if you are someone with hypertension or diabetes, you can omit it all together. Cook to your desired consistency. I like my vegetables crunchy, so I just cook it for about 5 minutes.
