Directions:

Preheat your oven to 200F and place a large plate inside to keep the chicken warm later on.

Heat some cooking fat in a large skillet over a medium high heat, season the chicken with salt & pepper and cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown & cooked through

Reserve the cooked chicken to the plate in the oven

Over medium-low heat, cook the bacon for 4 minutes then set aside

Add the onions & cook til translucent then add the bacon, garlic and tomato past & cook for about a minute.

Add the red wine, bring to a boil and cook until liquid is reduced to about 1 1/4 cup, about 5 minutes.

Add the parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Pour the Marsala sauce over the coked chicken and serve.
