Dale's Best-Ever Nutrition Bars

1  cup		raw Unsalted Spanish Peanuts
1  cup		raw Unsalted Cashews
1  cup		raw Unsalted Pecan halves
1/2  cup		Toasted Shredded Coconut
1/2		Brown Rice Crisp
1		Chicory
64  grams		vanilla beans
2  tablespoons		cinnamon
6  pieces		90% Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Bars
3/4  cup		Agave Nectar with Blueberry Essence (Costco)

Mix all ingredients together in a large Pyrex or metal bowl.
Spread into a 9 x 11 Pyrex or Teflon coated cake pan.
Place in Freezer for 2 to 3 hours to set.

Cut into 12 to 15 pieces.

Melt chocolate with or without 2 pieces Baking paraffin wax.
Dip each bar face down to just cover the surface.
Place chocolate side UP on a baking sheet a return to freezer for
3 hours to set.
