Directions:

Mix the first 5 ingedients together in a vitamix on high speed

Pour dry contents into bowl

Mix all of the rest of the ingredients through the chips into the vitamix. Blend on high speed

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients in large bowl and mix with spatula

Add in 3/4 cup of each type of chip (save the rest for the topping)

Spread in 9x12 baking pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Meanwhile melt coconut oil and 3/4 cup leftover chocolate chips together in microwave for 60 seconds. Add in coconut flakes and mix well.

Take out bars and top with coconut/chocolate mixture

Bake for another 10 minutes

Cut into 20 bars
