Preheat the oven to 450 F

Take out the top rack of your oven, and make sure the bottom rack is on its lowest level.

Rinse the chicken and pat dry

Sprinkle the seasoning on the chicken breasts

Put the breasts in a vertical roaster, and then set in a pan.

Put about 1/2 cup of liquid in the bottom of the pan.

Place in the oven and cook for about 60 minutes or until the thermometer registers 165 F inside the breasts

Keep watching during the cooking to ensure that you still have liquid in the pan. Add more as needed.
