Directions:  
Poach or microwave egg so that the yolk is hard enough not to run. Toast English muffin. Warm Canadian bacon in microwave for about 20 seconds. Place bacon on one half of muffin and top with cheese. Broil about 1 1/2 minutes to melt cheese. When egg is done, drain any fluids used to cook the egg, olive oil or water, and place egg on melted cheese half of muffin. Top with other half and enjoy!
