Directions:  
Bake potatoes in microwave. Cut in halves to cool. Meanwhile, saute' bacon and onion in large pot. Stir in broth, garlic, and milk. Stir in flour and cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in diced, cooked potatoes, salt, pepper, onion powder, sour cream and cheese. Cook another 3-4 minutes.

Serve with extra cheese, or chopped green onion, if desired
