Directions:  
Remove seed core and veins of peppers. Chop evenly with a knife. Food processors make the peppers mushy and they don't last as long. Chop onion and combine with peppers. Place in airtight container and keep refrigerated. Add to salads, scrambled eggs, fajitas, etc.
