Directions:  
Stir powdered milk and water in saucepan over medium heat till it reaches 180 degrees. Remove from heat and let cool to 105-110 degrees. Pour over the yogurt into quart container with lid. Place in warm place for 8-12 hours (I put it on a heating pad on low, wrap in a small towel and cover with a large pot.)
