Directions:  
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Cream sugars, butter and eggs, add vanilla baking soda cream again. Combine flour, oatmeal, chips and raisins and stir in, batter will be stiff.
Drop by level tablespoons or use equivalent scoop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 11 minutes, cool and remove from sheet.
