Directions:  
Break up meat in large pot, add water and spices.
Boil for 10 mins. and simmer for 30.
Let cool in fridge overnight and remove congealed fat.
Prepare 6 pie shells and 6 pie tops.
With slotted spoon put in about 2 to 2 1/2 cups of meat.
Cover with pie top.
Bake in 350 oven for 45 mins. Check after 30 mins to make sure crust is not too brown.
Makes 6 pies.
