2  teaspoons		honey
1  tablespoon		pure vanilla extract
1/8		stevia
1  pinch		of sea salt
1/2  cup		of spanish peanuts
1  tablespoon		Land O Lakes- Whipped Heavy Cream - Extra Creamy

add peanut butter, honey, butter to a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for one minute. Remove and immediately whisk in vanilla extract and heavy cream, stir in sweetener and salt. taste and adjust to taste. Fold in peanuts and drop into table spoon sized globs on to a pan lined w/wax paper. Chill in freezer until firm, then store in air tight container in refrigerator.
