mince onions, mix with picante and refried beans.

Heat tortillas on medium pan sprayed with non fat cooking spray about 20-30 seconds on each side.

Spread about 2 tbsp refried bean mix on each tortilla. Top each with 1/2 oz pulled pork. Add about 1 tbsp cheese. Roll up and put into pan.

Pour enchilada sauce over. Bake at 350 oven for about 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese, bake unother 5-10 minutes until cheese is all melted.
