In a large bowl, coat the chopped apple with lemon juice. Then add chicken, celery, walnuts and grapes, and combine.

In a small bowl, toss together yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice, and salt.

Gently coat the dressing into the large bowl holding the rest of the salad and mix gingerly.
