Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Cook bacon to personal preference and then set aside. Drain grease from skillet and cook egg. Fold over in half when egg is done cooking.

Slice croissant in half horizontally. Place the bottom of the croissant on the baking sheet then layer with egg, cheese, bacon and croissant top.

Bake for 3-5 minute or until cheese has melted and croissant is warm and flaky.
