In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and eggs. Slowly pour in milk and water, stirring to combine. Add salt and butter, then mix until batter is smooth.

In a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat, pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter into the pan for 1 crepe. Tilt the pan in a circular motion so that the batter covers the the surface evenly.

Cook crepe for 2 minutes or until the bottom is light brown, then flip to other side.
