Preheat over to 350 degrees. Open rolls and lay on a baking sheet.

Heat beef consomme and water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat to make a broth. Add roast beef to broth and heat for 3 minutes. Divide meat between rolls and top each with 2 slices of cheese.

Bake sandwich for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with broth on the side.
