In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. In a separate small bowl, mix egg with and milk, then combine with flour mixture. Add butter and fold in blueberries.

In lightly greased griddle over medium high heat, pour 1//4 cup batter into griddle to make 1 pancake. Wait until bottom has browned before flipping. Repeat.
