Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

In a large skillet, cook bacon. Drain skillet but reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside. Cook onion in skillet with reserved bacon drippings. Then drain.

In a mixing bowl, combine milk, salt and eggs. Then stir in bacon and onion. In a separate bowl, toss cheese and flour together and add to egg mixture. Combine all ingredients and pour into pie crust.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
