Mix together bread, Parmesan cheese, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then pour into low flat bowl.

Drop each chicken cutlet into beaten egg and then roll in bread crumb mixture.

Fry in an oiled pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes each side. Place cooked chicken in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Place in the oven at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.

Add to hoagie rolls and enjoy.
