Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic, parsley, Parmesan and egg. Shape into 12 meatballs and place in a baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.

Brush hoagie rolls with olive oil and garlic powder. Bake with meatballs during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.

Meanwhile, heat spaghetti sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. When meatballs are done, transfer them to the sauce. Spoon about 3 meatballs into a sub and top with 1 slice of provolone cheese. Bake for an extra 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
