Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. and spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

Arrange vegetables on baking sheet and sprinkle with basil and chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in oven. Bake in oven for 10-25 minutes.

Cook pasta al dente (for 8-10 minutes) and drain.

Pour a bit of pasta sauce into a 9x13 inch baking pan so that the sauce evenly coats the bottom. Layer with pasta sheets and spread some vegetables over them. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan. Continue process until all ingredients are used.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
