Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and sausage, cook all the way through, then remove from skillet and set aside.

Add onions to skillet and saute with seasoning. Return chicken and sausage to skillet.

Stir in broth and tomatoes, bringing the mixture to a boil. Stir in rice, reduce heat to low and cover for 20 to 25 minutes. Stir occasionally and cook until rice is tender.
