Directions:

In a medium bowl, dissolve garlic powder and 2 tablespoons of corn starch in 2 tablespoons of water. Add beef and toss.

In a large work or skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry beef. Cook until heated all the way through, then remove beef from pan.

Add broccoli, onions and remaining oil. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then return beef to pan.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and remaining corn starch and water. Combine until smooth, then add to pan.

Cook and continuously stir for 2 minutes.
