In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil and stir fry shrimp until pink. Set aside when done.

Add butter to the skillet and melt. Add yellow onion and saute. Then add green onion and soy sauce. Mix in rice and toss.

Stir rice and fry until steamy hot. Serve and enjoy.
