Directions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and cook onions until golden. Stir in rice and cook for 1 minute.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in chicken broth and bring the saucepan to a boil.

Cover and turn heat down to a simmer for 20 minutes.

Fluff rice with a fork and stir in parsley.
