Directions:

Saute onions in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Remove from pan.

Drain liquid from salmon and in a bowl add to sauteed onions along with breadcrumbs, parsley, eggs, salt and pepper. Form 4 patties from the mixture.

Melt butter and oil in a pan. Brown the patties on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
