Preheat oven to 400 degree F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out crust into the diameter of 14 inches. Transfer to the baking sheet.

Combine all berries together and add sugar, gently toss mixture.

Place pie crust in a pie pan and fill with berries. Cover with remaining pie crust, pleating edges together.

Whisk egg yolk ad water together and brush the pleated edges of the pie with the egg mixture. Break butter into small pieces and place around the pie. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
