In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour in milk, eggs, and oil. Mix until batter is smooth.

Oil a pan and set to medium high heat. Pour in 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan to make 1 pancake. Wait till bottom of the pancake has browned, then flip.
