Directions:  
put all ingredients together in a bowl and mix together except for the topping

2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup fresh or canned chunk tomatoes
4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 jalapeno

Bake in a 400 degree convection oven for 50 mins to 1 hour

Last 10 mins put the topping on and allow to finish baking.
