Directions:  
Cut onion in half. Cut 1/2 into thin slices. Sautee in oil; medium heat. Add shrimp, seasoned lightly with salt, pepper and garlic granules. Remove.
Add vegetable and sautee in same oil about 5 minutes. Add shrimp back. Turn heat to low. Add sauce, stir and cover. Stir often until right consistency.
