Mix together flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Then coat chicken in the mixture.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry chicken.

Remove chicken from pan and add an additional tablespoon of vegetable oil. Saute green peppers and onions until tender, then return chicken to pan.

Combine ketchup, lemon juice, pineapple and brown sugar, then pour over chicken in the pan.

Bring this mixture to a boil. When sauce is heated all the way through, remove from heat and enjoy.
